Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered — not the date it ships — to request a return or exchange. Life is busy. We're not going to rush you.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We inspect every return before processing your refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@jhapparel.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return address and next steps. You can also initiate a return request directly through your customer account at account.jhapparel.shop

Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't process refunds on items we don't receive.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at returns@jhapparel.shop.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email returns@jhapparel.shop and we'll help you find the right fit. The fastest path is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us immediately at returns@jhapparel.shop with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
